Submission Guideline

English is the official language of the conference. All papers must be written and presented exclusively in English. Authors are expected to ensure their submissions meet professional language standards. Non-native English speakers are encouraged to seek language editing services prior to submission to maintain publication quality.

Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Authors seeking publication in the conference proceedings must submit a complete full paper. The manuscript should adhere to the following requirements:
1. Minimum length of 4 pages following the official conference template
2. Must comply with the publisher's formatting and quality standards
3. Regular registration includes publication of up to 6 pages (including tables, figures, and references)
4. Additional pages beyond the 10-page limit will incur a charge of 70 USD per page

Presentation Only (Abstract)
For researchers wishing to present and discuss their latest findings without publication, abstract submission is available. Abstracts should concisely summarize the research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation but will not appear in the conference proceedings.

Academic Ethics
The conference maintains strict standards of academic integrity. Submitted articles must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

* Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
* Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
* Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
* Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”

1) The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process
2) Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
3) Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by an PEIE Scientific Technical Committee that covers the topic of the manuscript.
4) Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Many submissions will be stronger in novelty or advancement, so both are equally weighted by the committee. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions.
