Special Sessions provide a platform for presenting focused research under a unified thematic scope. These sessions may span one or multiple conference tracks while maintaining cohesive thematic integrity. They are specifically designed to enable research groups, collaborative projects, and aligned authors to present their work in an integrated format.
Special Session Organization Guidelines 专题组织指南:
Each Special Session may include one invited speaker in addition to contributed papers
Session organizers are responsible for curating all session content, including selecting authors and presenters
Special Sessions are typically organized by invitation; open calls for papers are generally not expected
All session participants, including organizers and invited speakers, must be registered conference attendees
Proposal Submission Requirements 专题提案要求:
Proposals must be submitted using the designated template (available below) and should include:
- Session title and proposed duration
- Motivation and background rationale
- Detailed session structure and content overview
- Promotion plan (if applicable)
Special Session Format 专题形式:
Special Sessions will be allocated a 2-hour time slot
Sessions will run concurrently with regular technical sessions during the conference
