Important Notices & Guidelines 会议注册注意事项:

  • Payment Security: The Organizing Committee will never request credit card information through email or phone. All registration transactions must be completed exclusively through the official conference system. Please remain vigilant against any unauthorized payment requests.
  • Early Bird Registration: The early bird rate is exclusively available to delegates who complete both registration and payment within the specified deadline period. Please note that this registration deadline operates independently from the manuscript submission schedule.
  • Student Registration: Applicants for student rates must provide valid documentation (such as a student ID or enrollment certificate) verifying their current student status during registration.
  • Paper Length Policy: The standard registration includes publication of up to six pages. Any additional pages will be charged at 70 USD per page. The maximum allowable length for full papers is ten pages.
  • Accommodation Arrangements: Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. We strongly recommend securing accommodation well in advance due to limited availability during the conference period.
  • Personal Belongings: Attendees are advised to keep personal items secure at all times. The conference organizers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • Conference Badge Policy: Wearing your conference badge is mandatory throughout the event. Access to all conference sessions and venues will be restricted to badge holders only.



  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary via e-mail peie-official@outlook.com.

    In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:

    Cancellation up to 90 days prior to event date:
    89-60 days prior to event date:
    59-30 days prior to event date:
    29-0 days prior to event date:

    30USD processing fee is required
    30% processing fee is required
    50% processing fee is required
    No refund


    No Show

    In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).


    Personal Reason

    The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.


    Force Majeure

    The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.


    The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
