Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by technical program committees based on the paper's topic, quality, originality, etc. Accepted papers that fall within the technical scope of the conference will be published into PEIE Conference Proceedings. At least one author will be invited to deliver presentation at conference. 所有提交至会议的论文将由技术程序委员会组织同行评审。评审将基于论文的主题相关性、学术质量、原创性及技术严谨性等核心标准进行。经评审通过且符合会议主题范围的论文将被录用，并收录于PEIE 会议论文集中。每篇被接收论文的至少一名作者须完成会议注册，并在会议上进行报告。
